Chi Do/Advanced Chi Working

Chi Do is a simple yet effective form of chi exercise like QiGong and Tai Chi. Working with our chi helps to clear out stagnant energy and emotions. It also helps to strengthen our auric field which protects us from taking on “unwanted” energy from others. It has been clinically shown to reduce stress which in turn helps boost the immune system.

Advanced Chi Working is specific exercise derived from Egyptian practices that focus and harmonize our chi within the different physical structures; bones, blood, skin, nervous system, etc.

Join us every Sunday at noon @ MVMT Collective in the courtyard. If raining, join us inside in the studio.
